Tram 45


Hong Kong Tramways Car 45 finished in the earlier all-over advertising for JCDecaux, the French-based multi-national transport advertising company who design and apply the all-over advertising to the Hong Kong trams with some amazing and colourful results!


Model is produced in 'OO' (1:76) scale by Bachmann (China) principally for the Asian market.



Tram 56


A typical Hong Kong tram but not in the colourful all-over advertising liveries as normally seen within the Chinese territory but in a conservative green livery commemorating the formation of Hong Kong Tramways in 1904.

Tram 68


TramOramic Sightseeing Tram 68 built in the style of one of the early colonial Hong Kong Trams.

Model is an 80M Models motorised by Alan Kirkman with lower-noise Bec motor and lower gearing.

Hong Kong Tramways Car 84 in British Racing Green which is the plain livery of Hong Kong Tramways.

Works Car 400


Conversion of a Bachmann Hong Kong style tram to Works Car 400 built for carrying out track sweeping, breakdown and engineering support duties


This model made an endurance visit to Hong Kong in January 2019 to be photographed there having flown from London to Shanghai, then on a cruise ship from Shanghai to Singapore via Hong Kong, then flew from Singapore back to London!





Fire Safety Training Car 888


Conversion of a Bachmann Hong Kong style tram to Fire Safety Training Car 888, the real 888 was a static body in Whitty Street Depot. My Car 888 is motorised and supposedly diesel powered.
